paraview: expose option to build VRPlugin

Previously, the VRPlugin would be built if vrpn was enabled. Now, expose an option PARAVIEW_ENABLE_VRPLUGIN (default ON) to choose whether to build the plugin. When enabled, turns on VRUI support, and if vrpn is enabled, turns on VRPN support in the plugin.
