CI: add script to checkout ParaView source

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview-superbuild:ci-fixes into master

This script respects an environment variable (PARAVIEW_BRANCH) to checkout a ParaView branch. By default, the same branch as the one targetted by the build is used.
