Fix issue with pvw python deps not getting installed to site-packages

Scott Wittenburg requested to merge scott.wittenburg/paraview-superbuild:fix-python-module-installation into master

Attempts to address the problem reported in #119, by adding to the search path the location where most of the missing modules were actually to be found.
