Add version to menu shortcuts on Windows.

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview-superbuild:fix_win_menu_shortcuts into master

It's not easy to tell which version of ParaView was being referred to by the menu shortcuts (esp. when they are the recently opened list). Fixed that. Now these shortcuts have the full version number e.g. "ParaView 4.4.0".
