mesa: Add missing SWR arch variable to packaging

@ben.boeckel @cory-quammen this fixes an issue where the necessary swr libs are not packaged. Without this commit the current RC2 and RC3 binaries are missing the necessary SWR libraries and only llvmpipe can function.
