Pass superbuild generator to Catalyst CMake configuration

Andrew Bauer requested to merge acbauer/paraview-superbuild:catalyst_generator into master

Note that Catalyst builds with the superbuild don't work using PV 5.4.1 or with the Unix Makefiles generator.
