@cory-quammen @ben.boeckel I still have to manually test these windows and linux binaries but assuming those check out and you are OK with the change I want to get this in to 5.4.0.rc3.

It will fix paraview#17259 (closed) among other things. If intel releases osp 1.3.0 I'll switch from this tar of their level branch at f2bbcb3d to the real deal.

windows, mac and linux binaries check out ok on my systems, so unless you object I'll merge early next week.

LGTM. @demarle I suggest merging now so we can address any problems that might come up on the nightly builds early next week.

Have the FindTBB patches been submitted to upstream?
