Cleanup version logic

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview-superbuild:cleanup_version_logic into master

This adds support to name packages using ParaView version number obtained from git describe, when possible. This is indeed the case on buildbot instances and hence we'll now automatically name ParaView nightly superbuild packages correctly.
