Add new dependency: blosc2

Vicente Bolea requested to merge vbolea/paraview-superbuild:update-bloscs into master

This is needed since the current ADIOS2 uses blosc2 as opposed to blosc. This was missed in the adios2 update in this repo. Without this change we cannot use blosc in ADIOS2.

We also need to keep blosc1 since it is still needed by other packages.
