OpenXRRemoting: update nuget package version to 2.9.2

Lucas Givord requested to merge lucas.givord/paraview-superbuild:update_openxxremoting_version into master

The nuget package used in paraview need to follow the same version than the application in the device.

This application can be deployed directly in the device or be downloaded in the Microsoft Store. We now follow the same version than the one provided in the MS Store so we need to update the version to the 2.9.2 (previously in 2.8.1)
