Switch to integrated ospray

David E. DeMarle requested to merge demarle/paraview-superbuild:switch-to-integrated-ospray into master

This branch removes pvospray and turns on internal ospray interface for win, mac and linux. Internal ospray requires ospray 0.10 which requires c++11. I've tested it by building binaries on debian6dash, miranda and bigmac with configuration similar to nightlies, but dashboards may turn up other issues of course.
