ttk: rehost the source tarball

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview-superbuild:ttk-rehost into master

GitHub /archive/ URLs are not stable and cannot be trusted to never change because they are backed by git archive. Rehost the source to avoid it ever changing on us.
