Fixed include of Abbreviations.tex in Catalyst guide

Cory Quammen requested to merge cory.quammen/paraview-guide-ce:fix_include into master

The relative path to include Abbreviations.tex does not seem to be resolved correctly when building with a CWD outside the top level build directory. Fixed by copying the Abbreviations.tex file over to the Catalyst guide directory.
