boost: return to fixing the library ids after installation

Boost changed some things to unify rpath handling which makes this approach difficult. Instead, just fix it with a script like before.

I tested this on novigrad and the install ids are all ok with this. @bob.obara can you put this into the cmb-sb on your machine and test?
