fixup_bundle.apple: support installing plugins to per-plugin subdirs

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/common-superbuild:apple-plugin-subdirs into master

ParaView prefers to have per-plugin directories. Add a mechanism for installing in this structure.

Probably needs done for other platforms too.
