bump to ospray 3

David E. DeMarle requested to merge demarle/common-superbuild:bump-ospray3 into master

Bumped versions of everything (grabbing from github until tested and pushed to kitware). Added source build of ispcrt, which ospray 3.0 requires, but is trivial to build (unlike ispc itself). TODO: For the moment I've disabled the GPU features of embree, oidn, vkl and ospray until I ensure sycl and level0 are available.
