tbb: patch the installed TBBConfig locations

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/common-superbuild:tbb-cmake-config-fix into master

The superbuild moves the install artifacts around as far as TBBConfig is concerned, so the subdirectories that are expected to exist need to be masked out.
