Add wslinkasync and pywebvue python projects

This PR adds a new python project pythonwslinkasync which corresponds to wslink==1.0.5, adds a new python project pythonpywebvue which corresponds to pywebvue==1.3.0, fixes up the dependency between some python projects, and keeps the previous wslink project intact for other projects that might still be using it.
