cxx11: only ask for libc++ for C++ code

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/common-superbuild:libc++-flags into master

It might be that explicitly requesting libc++ is no longer necessary for modern Apple anyways, but that requires more investigation into the non-CMake projects this is affecting.
