  • libxml2 (2.9.9)
  • netcdf (4.7.0)
  • tbb (2010_U6)
  • mpich (3.3)

held back:

  • fontconfig (newer version requires libuuid)
  • boost (1.70.0) -- causes liblas to fail to find suitable programoptions variant.
  • lapack (3.8.0) -- failing to build on pvbinsdash
