Add patch to qt4 qpaintengine_mac.cpp to build on OS X 10.12.

T.J. Corona requested to merge tjcorona/common-superbuild:qt4-osx-10.12 into master

With this patch, Qt4 builds on OS X 10.12 with the default SDK that Apple ships with this version.
