qt5: set PKG_CONFIG_PATH on unix

Shawn Waldon requested to merge shawn.waldon/common-superbuild:qt5-set-pkgconfig-path into master

This lets Qt5's configure and build find the dependencies built by the superbuild. See paraview-superbuild#42 (closed). Also I just realized I reported that on the wrong project, that issue should have been on common-superbuild.
