Change search location for test macros

Tom Osika requested to merge tom.osika/catalyst:find_test_macros into master

FYI @utkarsh.ayachit This seems like it would prevent people from adding catalyst's source to their project, since CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR would not be the root of catalyst
