Add testing for a full in-transit pipeline

Add test, with/without mpi, for unstructured and multimesh dataset.

Note: to be able to test in transit pipeline which, we will execute a python script which will execute a command in 2 differents terminals, the first one for the simulation side and the second one for the visualization.
