Improve SPDX documentation and add "SPDX & SBOM" section

  • Introduce "Advanced Guide / SPDX & SBOM" section
  • Consistently use SPDX instead of spdx
  • Reference values set in "vtk.module" as arguments and not variables
  • Fix misc typos and alike
  • De-duplicate content between release note and documentation
