SystemTools: Restore GetCurrentWorkingDirectory slash conversion on Windows

Since commit 019afb6e (SystemTools: Drop GetCurrentWorkingDirectory
'collapse' argument, 2020-04-03) the return value of this method uses
backslashes.  Restore conversion to forward slashes.
