COMP: Eliminate compiler warnings on dash2 dashboards. They should have been suppressed by pragmas in vtkWin32Header.h, but were not because of the push/pop structure in this header file. Move the include of the parent class *before* the push so that the established VTK warning suppressions are still in effect after the pop at the end...
