Adapt vital/test_algo.cxx to new API

Christos Tsolakis requested to merge christos.tsolakis/kwiver:adapt-missing-vital-algo-tests into integration-v2

/vital/test_algo was commented out (even in kwiver 1). I updated the code since it is a nice example of how to use the new API.

I also renamed feature_matcher:homography_guided->feature_matcher:homography which is the current name of algorithm implementation in core arrow
