Use LATEX_WORKING_DIRECTORY_SEP instead of LATEX_WORKING_DIRECTORY in cmake expressions

Fix #7 (closed) by not using shell-escaped spaces in path names for cmake file commands.

Maybe there are other instances that also need to be corrected.
