Add verbosity levels to display more or less information.

Enable different verbosity levels to display SLAM info :

  1. print errors, warnings or one time info
  2. 0 + frame number, total frame processing time
  3. 1 + extracted features, used keypoints, mapping variance, ego-motion and localization summary
  4. 2 + functions duration, ceres optimization summary
