[fix] Reset timers values when resetting SLAM
Reset timers values when resetting SLAM. Before that, they were not cleared when SLAM was reset, which lead to incorrect mean duration measurements.
System updates will be applied on March 12th between 0900 AM and 1200 PM, EST (UTC-05:00). This site will have intermittent downtime during that time.
