[fix][ROS] Fix wheel encoder integration

  • Fix ceres constraint remaining squareOut function (to remove segfault)
  • Fix the time threshold use for external sensors
  • In aggregation node, remove the rolling to not forget the points if there are weird points
  • Update default parameters
