Add LidarView help and update parameters description

  • Add How_to_SLAM_with_LidarView tutorial to enable and use SLAM filter in LidarView.
  • This tutorial is also converted to .html page and exported in LidarView Online Help.
  • Update filter proxy names and descriptions for easier comprehension and use.
