[feat] Include external pose info

Gatien Ferret requested to merge feat/AddParserPoseMeasurement into master
  • Add reader in PV wrapper to get pose measurements from a csv file
  • Include pose measurement and synchronization in slam lib
  • Use external pose as SLAM pose prior (ego-motion)
  • Use pose in undistortion
  • Add weighted local constraint
