[doc] Update README and LidarView tutorial

Nicolas Cadart requested to merge UpdateSlamTutorialWithLV into master

Update the How to SLAM with LidarView tutorial, and do some minor updates in main README.

README:

  • Complete compatible LiDAR sensors list
  • Add demo video link
  • Add contact address
  • Add supported operating systems

How to SLAM with LidarView:

  • Update pre-built LV binaries and check Windows install path
  • Update SLAM usage instructions
  • Update SLAM outputs export, and add instructions to save aggregated pointcloud
  • Update SLAM parameters tuning section, by giving some hints for different environment: vehicle, pedestrian, outdoor, indoor, drone, ...
  • Update How_to_SLAM_with_LidarView.html accordingly
