Make avatar ray length longer, and consistent between device/avatar.

Also make the clipping plane further away in photospheres, so ray doesn't get clipped.

Adjust collab client so it will mirror a new ID with an avatar if it goes idle - so you don't have to restart it to test mulitple mineview runs.
