add flagpole support

Fix issue when there are no PhotoSpheres or FlagPoles in the extra xml file casuing an exception.

Fix issue when transitioning to a photosphere before an ongoing fly transition has completed (causing vibrating spheres)

Add some updates to the ReadMe including suggested video file conversion command lines.
