A Variety of changes
- Add transform to geometry importer to match unity space on import
- Fix bug in MoveToGlobalSpace that disregarded multiple filters on one object
- Enable iMSTKUnity to be built as a player (moved all editor scripts to "Editor" folder, was "Editors")
- Use iMSTK that provides PBDPicking (current version) and updated access to the analog data
- Enable Setting of device type in VRPN Device
