Change the structure of the repository

Harald Scheirich requested to merge reorganize-structure into master

The Imstk folder is intended to be a subfolder of a project This way an imstk package can easier be created and used or The imstk-unity repository can just be checked into a unity project

This layout now mirrors Pulse https://gitlab.kitware.com/physiology/unity/-/tree/master

Also:

  • Moved to git-lfs for binaries
  • Removed the swig .cs files and replaced them with the .dll
  • Fixed small bug that would cause and error message on stop when haptics weren't running
