Collision mesh differs when "Clean Mesh" is on
When setting up a deformable and using the "Clean Mesh" option the mesh that unity holds and the mesh that imstk hold are different. The mesh in the mesh filter does not get updated after the clean operation. This may cause some confusion. As a workaround use imstkUnityDynamicalModel.GetDynamicObject().getCollidingGeometry()
rather than imstkUnityDynamicalModel.GetCollidingGeometry()
the former fetches the mesh directly from the imstk object. The latter retrieves the wrong mesh
