Adds metz scissors instead of a sphere for the virtual coupling example. Also adds an extra "obstacle".
Fixes Inversion in the TrackingController
Adds tests for rotational inversion
TrackingDeviceControl::getRotation renamed to TrackingDeviceControl::getOrientation
Pointless old defines in imstkMath removed
