@ben.boeckel CMake stuff is outside my wheelhouse. If it doesn't break anything, I'm fine with it.

It's putting links to CDash on the job page. The plan is to eventually use these to help tooling find issues with the CI machines by correlating problems. These links will help it know what specific CDash run is associated with the job rather than having to guess.

CI is green and all jobs have links.
