Update wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor.py for Py3k.

The wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor seems to work fine, but the older
wxVTKRenderWindow is unable to bind the render window properly
because it hasn't been properly patched to keep it up-to-date with
the changes in VTK and/or wxWindows.
