Update local inferface

Updating system to have a local interface to test without anything from JPL. Added a few tasks and updated a lot of the code. Also updated object detection since didn't update parameters (to test some freezing stuff).

Also updated the configs to make them in their subfolder to add some more sanity to the mix.
