BUG: Attribute Definition had a circular dependancy w/r Attribute System

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:fixingDefinitionCircularDependancy into release

Fix was to have the Definiiton hold a weak pointer instead of a shared pointer
