ENH: Adding mechanism to auto update qtModelEntityItems

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:IntegratingSelectionManagerIntoQtModelEntityItem into master

The Selection Manager can now automatically update the model entities the object has. Note that this implementation has the following restrictions:

  1. Only one ModelEntityItem can exist in the top level of the attribute
  2. Only one ModelEntityItem can exist as a child in an value item

In the future it should be possible to get past these limitations.
