ENH: Added XYZ File Support

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:Add_XYZFileSupport into master

  • This also removed support for .bin and .pts.bin file formats which are no longer needed

  • Also fixed Aux Geometry Operator so it now lists all possible formats it can read first in the file dialog
