Small fixes

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/smtk:two-fixes into master
  • Add declarations of specific template instantiations for the task Configurator as belonging to smtkCore; otherwise each DLL will produce its own copy.
  • Move project events to the GUI thread when running in modelbuilder-based applications.
