Add EditProperties and CoordinateTransform operations

This ports the EditProperties operation from aeva to SMTK, adds a CoordinateTransform operation (no custom view in this MR, that will be in the next one), adds some missing overrides to the 3-d widgets (some of them only updated when the 3-d widget was modified, not when the SMTK attribute was modified). Finally, the first few commits are small fixes that caused crashes or poor behavior work progressed on the above.
