BUG: UI Needs to be updated after attribute deletion

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:fixingUpdatingUiAfterDeletion into master

Originally only attributes being used for analysis configurations where being taking into consideration via the configuration combobox being modified. Issue 415 showed a case where the UI needed to be updated if an attribute was being referred to via a Reference Item.

This change will have the UI update after any attribute deletion.
